Basketball Drills

What are some good basketball drills and/or exercises to practice?
I’ve been playing basketball since 2nd grade, but I need some new stuff to study/practice. I’m in high school and I just made the basketball team, so I know I need to be serious about this.
I have some drills and exercises in mind, but I’d like the know some more.
Any answers would help
I know I’ve already asked this before ![]()

and I’m a 14 year old girl
Thank you :]
There are a few things you can do:
Most everyone on here has good answers so far…do the suicides, of course (not fun, but effective), and the lay-ups, free-throws, jump shots, etc. I think those you-tube videos in another answer will be great….
There are a few “uncommon” things to do as well:
1. Work on your passing as you may be double-teamed quite often as tall as you are.
2. Work on your sports vision (juggling actually helps this)
3. Also do some rebounding drills/exercises, such as rim jumps
I’m also not sure if anyone mentioned the Mikan drill…you should do that drill as well.
